Description: Start date of 1/12 - Non Negotiable36 or 48 hours;
Floating Between Units/FacilitiesTravelers may be asked to float to
different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of their
original assignment.Floating will be based on staffing needs,
patient census, and acuity.Travelers will always be notified before
their scheduled shift if a float assignment is required. Unit
Description: Unit Capacity: 23 Beds Population Served: Patients
with acute medical/surgical disease processes requiring observation
or inpatient acute care admission Ages of Patients Served: Young
Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6
Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered
Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care
Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full
responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing
